Accuracy of Provided Information
As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have submitted all the necessary information required by the customer on our web site.

By submitting an order you are confirming that you have checked all the information, especially with regards to the spelling of text that is required on gifts ordered.

Cancellations Refunds
If you wish to cancel your Order within 7 days we will offer a full refund.

Returning Goods
Current legislation for Distance selling states that tailor-made (bespoke) or personalised goods cannot be returned to EngraveFast even if you just change your mind. We will only replace personalised items if EngraveFast has made an error in your engraved order or if there is a fault with the product.

Complaints Procedure
If you have any reason to complain please email us using our email address [email protected] stating any order reference numbers and the nature of your complaint. We aim to acknowledge this within 2 working days and to resolve complaints within 14 days..

Errors in any area of order processing, delivery or administration will be corrected within 14 days.

In the event that the and consumer cannot agree on the resolution of a complaint, will advise the consumer they will have the cost of any order refunded - but this will result in exemption of any future orders by the same customer.

None of the above processes affects the right of the consumer to take the matter to the Courts or any other complaints resolution body.

Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability for any loss arising due to our negligence will be limited to a sum equal to the value of the order received.
