Hi Dean, The lamps have arrived safely. I just wanted to say a huge thank you! When we have ordered lamps in the past for the awards it normally takes a few weeks for the supplier to send them, and I’ve then had to take the lamps apart by hand, insert paper slips with the award winners names then carefully put them back together without breaking the glass (a tricky process that takes me 2-3 days every year). The excellent service you and your team have provided this year has completely eliminated this hassle and, frankly, made my life ten times easier! The engraving also looks much more professional.
