Delivery Methods

Select at checkout:

- 1st Class - there is a 93% (Royal Mail percentage) chance you will get it by the date in your dispatch email.
- 1st Class Recorded Delivery should be next day once the Recorded label has been scanned by the Post Office.
- 2nd Class post can take several days.
- Next Day Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm Monday to Friday - please see the date on the bottom left-hand side of the website.
- Next Day Guaranteed Delivery by 1pm Saturday - An additional premium of £4.00 for Saturday Guaranteed delivery comes from the Post Office not EngraveFast.
- Courier is next day delivery for UK orders if booked before 12pm. We use UPS; DHL or DPD depending on the delivery destination
- Overseas orders: Delivery times depends on location, method of delivery and whether a package is being tracked such as by Courier or International Post.
- Customer to collect - When you have left it far to late (or you live nearby)

Delivery
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. We send you an email when your order is ready for dispatch. You can select various postage options at the checkout for the UK and overseas.

Packaging Information

All items are supplied with their own packaging and then EngraveFast use recycled packaging to protect all items in transit to ensure that all orders arrive intact and undamaged.

Payment Information

When you reach the Checkout you will have 6 payment options:

You can order and receive your item(s) before you Pay
KLARNA is the first option you will see at the Checkout. If you do not want to use Klarna, then select "Alternative Payment Methods" in the top right-hand corner of the Checkout Page. As you proceed through the Checkout process, you will be able to finalise your Payment Method.
Please note that if you pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer your order will be delayed as we do not process orders until your funds have cleared.
