Do I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes. Our website automatically generates a confirmation email of your order so that you can check what you have ordered. You will also receive another email when your order is dispatched.
What if I want to amend my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible either by email, or phone/text (07963 111 629) as we process orders very quickly. Your automatic order acknowledgement email offers you these options and please include the first five digits of your order number (15xxx) to help us identify your order quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, you must tell us as soon as possible as we aim to engrave most orders on the same day. Contacting us by telephone is the quickest method on 01372 459 805. However, if your order has already been processed, cancellations can not be accepted.
Check your Spelling please!
EngraveFast advise you to type the text you require engraving into a word processor, to check the spelling, then cut and paste your text into the Web page you are ordering from. People often read what they think they have typed, rather than what they have actually typed. Ask someone to check your text. What you type is what you will receive.
Selecting the right number of characters to be engraved
Please check that you have calculated the correct number of characters to be engraved on your item (do not count spaces). Characters include hyphens and kisses (x x x). It is very easy to underestimate how much text can be used in a message and you may not have paid for the correct number of characters.
EngraveFast offer various methods for making a payment:
- online payment options including PayPal
- Klarna - you order and receive your item before you pay
- debit/credit cards
- Bank Transfer (BACs)**
- over the telephone (01372 459 805) using a debit/credit card. We use a secure online payment system
**If you choose to pay by cheque/BACs, we will not process your order until we receive payment from you.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE WE ENGRAVE.
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. We send you an email when your order is ready for dispatch. You can select various postage options at the checkout for the UK and overseas. Please see our Delivery & Payment for further information.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
We aim to ensure that all our products are continuously in stock. However, on the rare occasion when a particular item is out of stock, the Web page will tell before you place an order. Please contact us for an estimated delivery date of that item if you need it quickly. We can usually restock very quickly from our suppliers
EngraveFast can digitise logos/crests for a one-off fee of approximately £15 depending on the complexity of the logo which can then be engraved. We can keep these on our system for customers for repeat orders starting at £5 each. Unfortunately, engraving is not a process that can reproduce multiple colours
If there is anything you require that is not available on the website, please contact us as we produce many bespoke orders. We can offer bespoke quotes for larger orders.
We check the quality of all our items before shipping but if goods arrive that are deemed to faulty or damaged by the Buyer, these must be returned to EngraveFast in their original packaging and we will incur the costs of returning goods that are faulty or damaged.
The Customer is only entitled to a 14 day refund policy as covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulation Act 2014 if any goods that have been purchased from EngraveFast have NOT been personalised.
