Delivery Times.

You can assess our work load (and when you will receive your order) by viewing the next Guaranteed delivery date on the right.  If you order first class - there is a 93% chance you will get it by this date.  (and often sooner if your order is not too large). Please remember the additional premium for the Guarantee comes from the Post Office not EngraveFast.

Delivery Methods.

At the checkout stage you can select from the following delivery methods.

•  UK 1st Class
• UK 1st Class Recorded
• UK 1st Class Guaranteed (See Next day on right) If you need a Saturday Guarantee the Post Office charge £2.20 more.
• UK 2nd Class
• UK 2nd Class Recorded
• Europe Surface (up to 2 weeks)
• Europe Air Mail
• USA Surface (up to 6 weeks)
• USA Air Mail
• Customer to collect 

Please feel free to email any special instructions you have to ORDER@engravefast.co.uk stating your name.

Examples

• Use Roman Font characters for engraving the name "Shaun Gunn"
• I must have the order presented to "Jimmy" by Friday
• I have mis-spelt words on purpose - do not correct.

Packaging Information

Tankards come in either the coloured boxes you see below or gloss black boxes (some of which have a white crest on the side) These boxes are protected when posted by plain cardboard boxes like you see below on the left.  Stainless Steel Tankards (from China) come in Gloss Black Boxes. 

Payment Information

When you reach  the checkout you will get the 3 following choices.  Please remember - You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with a Credit or Debit card.

Please note that if you pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer your order will be delayed until your funds have cleared.
